What did I hate about it? Well I hate being lied to for one. I preordered.... (or at least I thought I did) the 6s. I walk in a week later and speak to who I believe is the manager and ask about the status of my order. He then tells me due to the fact that the phone is a 6s plus model it's not going to be in until the 14th of October which is coincidentally the same amount of time I would have to wait if I was just now getting around to preordering the phone. He wrote my name down in his little red binder a day before the preorders even started on that Friday and said that he would be up Saturday at 3am putting them in. Well when I went in to check the the status a week later he gave the excuse of the plus model and it would be the 14th of oct.. He told me to wait for an email which I did and check it to view my order status. I asked him if the phone was even ordered...he said yes and again gave me the excuse of it being the plus model... I checked the order status when the email finally arrived and it said it hadn't even been ordered until 18th...which was the same day I walked in to check on the order. So he lied right to my face when I asked if the phone had even been ordered...it was not and then he lied about the mistake to my face. My advice is to stay away from these tcc places and go to corporate stores like the one in Jefferson point and coliseum next to toy r us. This wouldn't have been an issue and would have waited and understood the mistake but the fact I was lied to my face is an issue and no way to do business....
