TERRIBLE experience with Ft Wayne Best Buy manager, Brandon, and their A/V "manager". Best Buy falsly advertises price match. We were advised that they only accept if it is advantageous to them despite what they have noted in their "fine print". This is why people are electing to buy on -line opposed to supporting their local brick and mortar stores. By-bye Best Buy!

Pro tip - download the Best Buy app if you haven't already. Order items, and they're ready for pickup VERY quickly. Save time finding things, skip the checkout, and shop by reviews. Pickup process is smooth, just don't forget your drivers license, and bring your order confirmation.
I have made many purchases from this Best buy store and have always had great service and if there were every any product issues, they took care of them quickly. Look forward to purchasing new products in the future.
pick up service has a terrible service. Over 6 hours to prepare an item. They need to make sure employees do their job on getting things ready for customers
