No wires were torn up. They were spliced into per manufacturer specification for installation of a load resistor.
have had many vehicles tinted over the course of 10 plus years at got tint, have been very pleased with prices and service until last week, called to get yet another quote for tint on one of my vehicles and was quoted and astronomical price!!, person on the phone gave some excuse as to why it was so much more than I have ever paid before. I called a competitor and got a quote for half as much. got tint, whoever answered your phone last week has lost my business forever and will never refer anyone to you again. ive personally sent half a dozen friends and family to you and have had 4 personal cars sent there. guess things change
You had a dead battery. The battery was BAD. Sorry for your inconvenience but you just purchased the car and the dealership lied about putting a brand new battery in your car.

I work at Got Tint. The damages done to Mr Hecks vehicle were defrost lines falling off when tint was removed. It sometimes happens when defrost lines are weak. Although I do apologize for all the inconvenience it caused you but we always take pride in ourselves in taking care of other peoples vehicles and being very careful with them. However, if you had weak defrost lines we can't always save those. Just wanted to clarify. Thank you:)
