Awesome place to visit. Brought in an older phone for them to try to repair. They figured out that the repair would be too expensive, so they recommended I purchase a new phone. Didn't charge for the attempts to repair the old one. Great and courteous service!

Awesome service! The technicians fixed my phone and even picked up the needed screen from their other store to get me up and running before Christmas. Honest work and very thorough.
I was recommended to go to genius phone repair to get my screen fixed on my iPhone 6. It was the first time I went, it was great service and I got my phone back with my screen fixed. The only problem was that right after this I got on Snapchat and noticed my back camera was now having problems and immediately went back with questions about it and they wanted to charge for a new camera, i said no. The second time I went to get my charging port replaced and feeling uneasy I checked my phones for problems to see if maybe something happened again. I noticed that now my headphone input isn’t working properly. I don’t recommend to go to genius phone repair. I feel like I have wasted my money thinking they have been repairing my phone when really a new problem surfaces. Now I can’t take a good photo unless I use my front camera and I don’t get good sound from my headphones unless I continuously adjust it. I’ve tried new headphones and it didn’t help. Invest in a new phone and not genius phone repair!!!
Got my iPhone 7 screen replaced here because it was shattered. The screen and phone is absolutely not the same. I even went back and had them replace it again but nothing has changed. The screen has a cool, blue-ish tint to it, which they said is expected and can’t be helped (even though we were never told that would happen when replacing the screen). The screen flickers often, is unresponsive many times and has many dead spots. This place is not Apple certified, so having them fix my phone actually voided my Apple warranty so now Apple won’t touch it. So basically, I took them in my perfectly fine phone with just a cracked screen and walked out with a piece of junk that I can’t sell and can’t fix. I should have stuck with the cracked screen.
