I ordered a TV online and called afterwards to confirm my order and paid for it. When I went to go pick up my TV, they(Brian) told me I still had a balance. After 30 minutes of arguing about how my bank works, I swiped my card again. I checked my bank account immediately on my phone and noticed the 2nd charge on my card. Now I have to dispute the charges with my bank. This hurts my credit. Terrible customer service. Getting a refund on my TV and will never set foot in an ABC warehouse again.
They sold us a damaged unusable fridge, then the replacement never showed up. The staff is rude and lies to cover their butts. We went to Lowes and saved over $250 dollars. Don't waste your money here.
Rodney, the salesperson, was not "selling" or "convincing" me a to purchase any product . He simply answered my questions in a professional manner and help me locate the merchandise I wished to buy. I liked the prompt customer service at ABC Warehouse in Ft Wayne!
The staff was very helpful. Plenty of new marked down items. I bought a washer and dryer and a Samsung 55" 4K smart tv. Wonderful experience!
Out of the three appliance stores I went to to purchase a new washer ABC Warehouse offered me the quality and price for a new machine. The salesman was knowleagable and helpful. He worked with me on delivery and haul away to keep the machine I wanted within my price range. I was in and out quickly without feeling pressured or rushed. Highly recommend.
