It is all Hertz they own them all don't be fooled. If you want to rent a car you have to use hertz. Document everything you will need your receipts. Good luck dealing with this ripoff company. Sending in my gas receipt will report out come.
i always go to this location, i am always taken care of very well. I wont go to another car rental place other then Thrifty
Had to wait an hour to get the car because no one knew how to work the software. Ran late to our meeting. Filled the car with gas right outside the airport and still got charged $66.00 for gas. the car will not even hold that much gas. There was not anyone there to check the car in when we arrived. Had to leave the keys in a drop box. Total ripoff. Total ripoff. Total ripoff.
Next day: Came into work and after complaining and writing bad review my card had been charged another $83.67 that no one can explain. Its just there and we cant do anything about it. That's what you get when you write a bad review, more charges. Total ripoff company. The more you fuss the more you pay.
Terrible service. All the other rental company takes mins to issue a car and this one takes at least an hour or longer. Like an idiot time and time again I stood by and watch other companies quickly service their customers while I was always the last one to leave. I was late to work every time because of it! Employees are horrible with customer service and they have carefree attitude that makes you think your business / loyalty is not appreciated. No name tags. The inventory is not always the best, old outdated, high mileage cars. Plus you don't earn any rewards points which makes this company a waste to rent from. You have choices at this airport, use them if you are smart! Don't be an idiot to deal with this company like I use to be.
I rented a car for 2 days at $13 per day totaling roughly $37 after fees. The car was very dirty and stained on the interior and had no cruise control. Upon reaching my destination I became very ill which resulted in my return being 6 hours past the intended time. No one was at the desk so I used the return key drop. My credit card was charged $206. I called to inquire and the representative was pleasant, but did not seem knowledgeable. She advised that due to returning the car 6 hours late, the discounted price had reverted back to standard fee and the additional day had been added. She continued that as a one time courtesy she would adjust it back to the discounted rate but still have to add the 3rd day which I completely agreed with. She then told me that my total would be $118. I asked how that is possible for 3 days at either $13 or $22 a day? She could not explain it to me. I returned it with full gas and no (NEW) scratches or dents. This was my 2nd experience with Thrifty and the 1st was worse.
