Car was very easy to get . Always treated well there. I rent about 3 times a year just for trips , to keep miles off my personal vehicle. Gives you the chance to drive different model cars for a week to see if that could influence your decision on buying your next car. Makes renting a car easy and no high pressure to load up on all the extras. Thank you
We have utilized Avis Car Rental for many,many years. We really like the fact that we do not have to drive to the airport to rent a car, but rather drive up the highway a few miles. We are always greeted with a friendly smile and service is quick in and out. We have never experienced a problem while driving a car from Avis and if we notice something that is in need of repair/replacement soon we tell them and they note it. We would recommend this facility to anyone wishing to rent a car.
It's kind of an okay place to rent cars the desk clerks aren't very sociable I will consider renting from another company before renting here again
This is the only location I will rent from in the state of Indiana!!! They are always friendly and provide great customer service. They know me personally and address me by my name..... I feel very comfortable and at ease when I rent from this location. I am always rushing and late for something so when I reach this location I am in a hurry,they always have me in a car and on the road again in less than 5 minutes. Keep up the great work..... I will continue to rent from this location..... I am a preferred customer and have been renting from this location for the past 20+ years........... Thanks Guys for all that you do!!!!!!
In and out fast witch was awesome didn't try to make us get a bunch stuff we didn't need.
