I made my car reservation online, got a fabulous deal. When I arrived to pick up my car, they were out in the car category I reserved, they upgraded me with a substitution for the same price. The service was absolutely top notch! The vehicle was beautiful, the nice young man was considerate when I asked for a car not to tall to climb into, my Mother is disabled, he accommodated her superbly! This was a wonderful experience, I will rent from them again and told all of my family what wonderful service I received.
Made my reservation online so I wouldn’t have the hold on my card but they put one on of $350 when my rental is only $180. I will never use this fu***** place again what a damn joke.
