Great place to rent a car! Andrew was very friendly and quickly got me into a car and back on the road. I recommend this location to anyone needing a vehicle.

Update** They did not let me know that the price that they gave me was not the Price only the coverage itself. So even though I told the guy that on only wanted whatever the base was. He told me it would be 21 dollars a day I thought great my Insurance will cover 25 a day and i won't have to pay anything out of pocket. they never told me anything about any other prices of the car itself only this amount which apparently was on the protection coverage and that coverage did not cover anything. My insurance would have had to cover anything if anything did happen tho the car. So what did I pay 21 Dollars a day for?!!
The manager is a tool. I am fairly certain that they covered every aspect of horrible customer service that you hope to avoid in any transaction. We were lied to, talked down to, cheated, disrespected and straight out told he didn’t care. Two things cross my mind, either the owner does not know or he does not care because his wormy little prick of a manager is making him a boat load of money by ripping off unsuspecting travelers. The funny part is that I didn’t even need to step in to put this insignificant little turd in his place. My wife had him so scared that he wouldn’t even give us his name.
I had a great experience! I had to extend the time needed to have the rental car. I was petrified of overages ect... but the front office staff member was amazing! I go back every time to the Hertz on Coliseum Blvd everyone.
