LOVED and have used this place for about15 years just until recent management switch at Coliseum location. Young,cocky and unprofessional. Makes us millennials all look bad. Initially didn't have the vehicle in stock, that I needed, even after allowing me to reserve it ahead of time and showing it as available on the website. That day was an endless back and forth with staff-members who didn't seem informed or capable of assisting me. The next day, however, felt like I was interacting with an entirely different business - they were professional, courteous, and went out of their way to make sure I received the vehicle I needed in a timely way. They even passed on some additional discounts to compensate for the rough time I'd had with them the day before. I was originally prepared to not bring business back to Enterprise, Fort Wayne, but with the right people on the phone/counter, I'd say that Enterprise can prove to be well worth your while.
I had a wonderful experience with enterprise. They were very timely with the check in and out process. Each associate was extremely down to earth and polite. They even made a few adjustments with my reservation to better accommodate me. Online reservation is easy peasy too. I will be choosing them in the future.
