Can't even get a hold of any one and I have been calling for an hour. Very poor service.
Always quick pick up and drop off. The people are always friendly and helpful. We always get a really nice car.
The reason this review has 3 stars instead of just one: Price and ease of drop-off. If you don't mind filling out extraneous paperwork and are the driver/payer, then you should do fine here.

Budget has competitive prices for moving truck rentals. Overall experience was mildly frustrating. We filled out our reservation online. However, I had to spend a fair amount of extra time at Budget's office filling out more paperwork. Most of the paperwork could've (and should've) been included with the online info. On top of that, since the card with which we paid had a different name than mine, we were charged a fee for an extra driver (even though I was the only driver). This seems like an unnecessary charge.
Hard to see, keep your eyes peeled.
