Does what it says on the box! I would recommend it to anyone for storage. The only problem I have had so far is that my lock, which I purchased from the lock dispenser on location, froze today and needed some heating up in the cold temps to open. This is not surprising and 100% forgivable under these bad weather circumstances. Keep up the good work.
This is a great system! I was able to rent two units close together, one for my household goods and one for my car. I got a great 1st months deal on each. I have 24 hr access to my stuff plus an agent if I need one. The onsite kiosk is very convienent. Every agent I have called has been super nice.

At first I was apprehensive about using a storage company that conducted all of its business through an ATM-like device, but Storage Express has been excellent. Prompt followup (emailed contract in a day) and wonderful service when it is needed. The site is very secure and prices are great. I had used this location before (under different ownership) and was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of service, even though no office staff were present. THANKS!
