Downtown Self Storage is the only place I will ever go for my storage needs. Having a indoor, climate controlled and 24hr security surveillance facility at a reasonable price just can't be found anywhere else. I only took away one star because they don't offer 24hr access to their site but having access from 6am to 10pm has proven to be sufficient for the most part.

They need to change their hours on Google Maps. It says they are open on Sunday's but they are not. Thanks for wasting my time. Unprofessional
I just love the peace of mind I get from never having to worry about my precious items (especially my electronics) being exposed to adverse weather conditions and possible flooding in the spring time. I'd give them a 4.5 out of 5 if I could.
This is in the bones of the old Kroger building. I picked up a unit here when they first opened and got a great deal. Security is adequate and it is climate controlled. It serves its need for me.
