Took a week to get a delivery that normally takes 2 days at the most. Discussed my urgency w dispatch Friday. On Tue called to check on my package, promised a delivery between 12-1pm. At 2pm they finally arrived. My mechanic leaves at 2. So that puts us another day behind. Driver was dressed like a bum, the delivery truck was unlabeled...nothing professional about this company at all! Stick w UPS/FedEx!
