I reserved a climate controlled storage unit over the phone with an employee named John. I arrived after hours on a Sunday morning to unload my items at the unit and when I went inside the building, it was not much warmer than it was outside (it was 40 degrees that day). The items I brought to store would have been damaged under those conditions. I called around to other climate controlled facilities in the area and the lowest they keep their units is 65 degrees. I did not put a single item in the unit, never signed a contract, and never signed a credit card slip. The owner/manager Karen refused to reimburse the month of rent that was charged to my card despite never moving in to the unit.

This is actually Tammy Smith. Tessa is my daughter. I have always had a good experiences with Dupont Storage. The empoyees are very nice and helpful. I have been using this facility on and off for years. I would not use any other storage.
Everyone in the office building is wonderful! They are really affordable and I know my stuff is safe. All the storage's are safely secured and you won't have to worry about anything! I would recommend this storage place to EVERYONE! (:
