They have the worst carrier contract I have seen. If you work with them, prepare to waive all of your rights, and agree on major deductions for things you cannot control.
I used to work at the brokerage and it was one of the better jobs I ever had. Family atmosphere, polite coworkers, respectful coworkers, and ample personal time off. I enjoyed my time here and suggest anyone considering employment with buchanan to go for it. Even if it's not a fit for you, you'll meet a lot of good people that will support you in your journey in becoming a multi-million dollar broker.

Unprofessional staff, horrible communication, dishonest -- this sums up Buchanan. Do not trust them on your loads. They not only missed pick-ups and have fallen out of loads multiple times. Be careful of using this company to haul your freight.
