Fair pricing, easy to deal with. Storage had all cinder block walls and roll up doors.
I cleared my stuff out of the storage unit a few days before my prepaid storage contract was up and didn't mention anything to the main office. To my surprise a few days later I got a prorated check in the mail for the difference. Sounds like a stand up thing to do in my book.
Sam is a very nice man and the storage units here are very clean.
