Went to return rental at 7 am. Jim in service was doing nothing in his office but refused to sign anything. When i left the office upset for being forced to sit in the parking lot for an hour he came out of the office screaming at me and telling me i can just f'ing take it away and i needed to check my attitude. Tried to call Ryder customer service but it does not seem to exist
