try calling road service, they'll just give t you the front office #.( assuming that "all operators are busy at this time helping other customers, please call back later" doesn't get you first.)

just try getting hold of someone after the front office closes. No number for the shop(go ahead, look,...i'll wait). THEY certainly wont remember to call you and tell you if your truck is ready, like they say they will, so that you can get that 5 am load delivered.
As a professional driver and former diesel mechanic I'm being very liberal with the 3 star rating. Rarely are leased trucks ever serviced on time, almost never washed and problems that don't stop the truck from going down the road are only addressed and actually fixed after multiple visits. Just haven't had the best experience with Penske. Most of the fellas in the shop are very nice and pleasant but that doesn't get problems repaired.
The staff is very friendly trucks are very clean and dependable.
