I have been waiting for the delivery of a loveseat I ordered from JCPenney since late May (it is now later July). I have been scheduled no less than 6 times and the delivery has not been made. Every time I call, your representative in scheduling in Indianapolis makes excuses about why the furniture is not delivered and tries to reschedule a new date. They have lied to me multiple times about delivery and no progress has been made. I have gotten a bill from Penneys and still no furniture. Your staff in Indianapolis is unprofessional and incompetent. Why will you not deliver my furniture? I have agreed to every suggested date and I have made arrangements to be home every time. Yet no delivery has been made. I am very frustrated with the entire experience.
