I carried a load of hot tubs for this company on my 40ft RGN TRAILER the pickup location stacked 4 unit small unit on 2 large tubs separated by 4x4 post when I reached DesMoines iowa the customer said the the 4x4 must have moves in transit & scuffed the control panel he wrote this on my BOL which stopped me from getting paid a $1000 buck going on 3 weeks..What's worst is these people NEVER Answer the phone as If the # we were given is a dummy line..If the freight was recieved there's no way I should be paid 0..it would've been different if they refused the load. .Don't deal with these Scammers..!! NO FREIGHT TRAVELS A MILE FOR"FREE"..
