I didn't feel pressured to buy anything which is fantastic. There was a slight annoyance with every sales rep in the store asking if I needed help, it wasn't off putting but several times I was trying to talk to my significant other about which couches she liked best, I'm assuming reps do get a bonus for making a sale, it really did seem like they were trying to "steal me" from the rep that I had been speaking to.
The staff is very knowledgeable about the furniture and very honest and transparent. I love this store
Very friendly staff, agents were around the whole time to answer questions and have a conversation. The only issue I had was that my purchased couch didn't come with legs. However, they did get a set for me in about an hour and they kindly compensated me for the extra time and driving to pick the legs up.
Was hung up on by the customer service rep lady. This place sucks.
Overall, a great place to get new furniture for a decent price, and they really went above and beyond to fix the issue that I had, the customer service rep was extremely helpful and pleasant.
Go check it out and ask for Robert! He's patient and awesome! He spent hours helping me with a smile! Can't beat that.
David in sales was good, but don't fall for the no credit, same as cash b.s. I purchased a couch with this program to help with my credit and after paying it off 2 weeks before the due date, they didn't report my last 2 payments, reported the account as closed, and my credit score dropped by 40 points. Don't do it, I believe they report negatively in order to keep people in that credit classification. Never again.
