The delivery went very well. The delivery guys from Lansing did a great job with much care. Furniture was lovely. Kudos to them.
This place has decent furniture, but if you go, have a rough calculation of how much your stuff will be when you checkout. I recently had the second instance out of three total times I bought items here where they charged me for something extra that they didn't mention to me (recently it was a $90 stain warranty). They were happy to remove it when I said the total is more than it should be, but if I wasn't paying attention or didn't look at the invoice, they would've succeeded in charging me something that I didn't know was included.

We were pleased with the salespeople and appreciated that all options were shown us, not just the most expensive ones. They had so much to choose from and the Pure Sleep evaluation was very helpful and spot on for our support needs.
A chair was missing one small foot leveler so it wobbled. Called the store and the lady that I talked to was not too interested and put me on hold. After a few minutes she returned to say they had no levelers there and I would have to go buy one. How about, “sorry, your new chair is missing a piece, we will order it and send it right out.” Or even “if you pick one up at the store, we will reimburse you.” Where’s customer “service”? We spent quite a bit of money and also recommended to others but even small details should be tended too. It makes a difference.
I had the greatest experience at this store! I bought my mattress and box spring there last summer and the sales man was so hopeful and even put me on a testing bed to make sure that he placed me in the right mattress. The first visit was so pleasant that I went back and found the most beautiful furniture and once again the customer service was outstanding. Anytime I hear someone needing furniture I always suggest Art Van, because they have good quality furniture and great customer service.
We met with Mike in Fort Wayne when we walked in the door. He was informative and very patient as we looked at recliners. The store had the best selections of any store we had been in. We made our purchase and before we left, we also purchased a sofa!! Love Art Van and we will definitely shop there again. Thanks Mike for a great experience!
