The sofa we bought had cockroaches! Anybody else have this experience?

I bought a box spring here and they loaded it for me. Only for me to later realize was only a poorly constructed wood box with no springs. It creaks and started sinking in the middle because of the poor quality wood and poor craftsmanship. The slats to hold the mattress were not even put in straight. It was assembled at weird angles. What a waste of money.
