Buyer beware. Purchased furniture from the store on Lima, end table and rocker. When we put the table where we had gotten it for, we didn't like how it looked and called about returning it the next day. We were told that special order items must be cancelled within 3 days of ordering, not receiving. Guess what? EVERYTHING in the store is special order. How very convenient for them. I will never buy furniture from them again.
Our salesman Jason was wonderful. Unfortunately after the sale was awful. Was told 7 to 10 business days our bedroom set would arrive, we would receive a call when it came in ( 3 days before delivery). A call the day before scheduled delivery and 30 minutes before the delivers arrived at our house. We were call 11/14 to say our things were in and the soonest they could deliver was 11/30. Mind you that was 24 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. I ended up calling back and saying that would not be acceptable and it was changed it 11/16. I was never called 11/15 to say what the 3 hour window of time would be for delivery. I ended up calling 11/15 at 7pm to confirm. They did call 30 minutes before arrival. We were also told they would take our old mattress and since it wasn't donate able they did not take it, so now I am stuck to dispose of the old mattress. The phone customer service is terrible, every time I called the lady was rude and very short with me. Unfortunately we probably would have made a lot of purchases here in the future because we loved the sales man so much, but after the after sale ordeal we will not be coming back. I am very disappointment with the lies we were told. I would never suggest shopping here!

Kimberly greeted us so nicely and asked what we were looking for (bedroom furniture) and told us they had a range of quality (we specified the good stuff) so she gladly took us to the right place. Before she could show us around any further we spotted a favorite. She knew EVERYTHING about it even though she told us that was its first day on the floor. She was patient with us as we looked around but we ended up buying that favorite! We got a "as it's shown on the floor" discount and then found another great piece for the living room entertainment center. She was so friendly, I absolutely loved her!! I was amazed at her thorough knowledge about the material, structure, builders, and then at buying time, the warranties, financing, and the delivery/assembly process... There was never any pressure, she was obviously just happy to assist! I'm still sharing her business cards (with her little personal touch) with all of my friends and I can't wait til my Christmas presents arrive! Thank you Kimberly and thank you Klopfenstein!!
Our salesperson's name was Julie and she is phenomenal! She is extremely knowledgeable on how different furniture brands in the store are crafted and the durability of each piece. We wanted an ottoman for one of the chairs that we purchased. The company didn't make an ottoman for that particular chair so she found another company that carried the same fabric and we picked out an ottoman to order from them that would match the chair. She goes above and beyond in her customer service. We will return to Klopfenstein and to see Julie for all of our future furniture needs.
