Wife and I bought a bedroom set along with a mattress set. We were both VERY pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the many options we had to choose from. Our salesperson was both patient and helpful, will be back in the future!
Sales women great. Customer service after sale horrible. Finance company renovate does not take credit cards or debit cards. Called in to complain lady that took my call had a I don’t care attitude . Next step BBB.
****DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE FROM HERE!**** Went into store to look at New recliner. Had purchased from here before and liked our sales lady. Didn't like the FURNITURE on the sales floor and was told could ORDER a different material. Upon thinking about it, went in and specifically told her that we did not like the suade feel and not the color. Order was placed and paper work filled out at while sitting down and her going to front desk. I paid and signed where she said to sign. When it came in and I uncovered it, it was not the color or fabric I had chosen. She had wrote the color from the one we were trying in the back of the store we didn't like. I called, and it took over two weeks to get nothing but a voicemail saying no options. I called and talked to the sales manager (who has no customer service manners) who rudely stated they do not do returnes. Says so on back of receipt, which was not stated at time of purchase. Then was told it would be a $150 restocking fee for there mistake by sales person, and sales manager wants me to pay 50% the price to take it back and reorder. (Funny I received two different responses). The color they did send me didn't even match the sample at the store!!!! That being said, like other reviews on here, they SURE WILL TAKE YOUR $$$$, ORDER YOU WHAT YOU DID NOT ORDER, AND TELL YOU TO BAD!!!! WHERE IS TAKING CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS????? Shame on them....BUYER BEWARE AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!

I had my floors done by John Klipfenstein and I couldn't of been any happier. From beginning to end they treated me like family. Kathy came into my house to Measure for the flooring. Then the head of the flooring department also came to take a look once all the carpet was pulled up to see if there was anything extra that needed to be done. They were up front with what was going to happen. Jesse was the one that Laid are floor. He was so meticulous and did an amazing job. I would recommend all of them. So happy with our floors!!!
