I got there pretty early, and took about an hour to look at my car. Then decided that they could not open up my hood, "that it is too dangerous to open". They hand me my keys back without saying sorry or anything. I go to my car and proceed to open up my hood. My car had a two part mechanism to open it, they clearly couldn't open the second part since my hood was half open when I got my car back. All I wanted was a simple oil change. Please go somewhere else if you have a older car or an complicated one.
Got 2 tires for my car, got a flat on my way home from work, saw the other front tire with cracks thought I would change that one too. The guys in the service dept got me a great deal on the price & labor, for new tires; -It's better than 3 other buisnesses near by. I Will take my car to walmart for my automotive repairs . From now on.
Total price for repairs: $4. Dewey and his team had us in and out in 45 minutes. Saved me from a major repair job. Well done!
Got there to get my tires mounted on the car and I had to wait in line 3 times about 40 minutes all together because after every time I made it to the counter the guy literally said we are too busy right now you’ll have to wait. Then he would proceed to the next person. Then the next day I try again giving them the benefit of the doubt and it was a lady this time and she was beyond rude and made me feel like a complete idiot. I got so irritated with the staff that I ended up throwing all 4 tires in my car and driving to another location. Yes I got that irritated with the attitude and treatment from the staff that I decided that going to a different Walmart on the other side of town was a better idea just because I couldn’t bare to deal with them anymore.
My experience was not good at all!!! I dropped my car off to get a oil change at around 12:30pm and left, 3 hours later since they didn't not take the initative to call me, I called them at 3:15pm. Found out that the part they needed they did not have and was finished with my car at 1:15pm!!! I was so furious!! They told me they turned another 2015 car around due to they didn't have the part, if they would have told me that when I first gave them my car information all that time would have been avoided and I could have went elsewhere to have the oilchange done!!! I told them that was not professional or good customer service!! Taking about they couldn't go inside the building!! That's what going above and beyond your job description is all about. That is what makes people want to come back for service!!! They will not have to worry about seeing me or any of my family again!!!!
