I was recently told by a dealership that my tires were so bad, they would recommend changing them before leaving. From previous word of mouth I knew Belle Tire in Illinois was great to work with.
Followed the suggestion of someone to try out Belle and am glad I did. The staff are nice to work with and the price I generated online for my new tires matched the price I was quoted over the phone when setting up the appointment. No hidden fees for shop rags or high pressure sales for random extras. I’m fairly certain I have found my “go-to” place.
The experience I had was nothing short of great. Honest, up front about pricing, what was recommended and, time to wait. John, the manager, and his team did a great job.
From the time we called to the completion of our vehicle service, the team was fantastic! Everyone was not only professional, but very friendly and the whole team was so inviting! I had a slow leak on one of the tire. They got it fixed under the time they promised. I got to watch a mechanic work on my car, the amount of care and attention to detail he demonstrated made me feel confident about coming back to this place. They covered my steering wheel, seats and floor with plastic cover. Here is the kicker, after they were done they said it was all good and shook my hand. I gave him my credit card but he said it was on them. On top of that I did not buy the tires from them. What company does that these days? This will be my go to place for both of my cars and they have a customer for life. They are a class act all the way around.
My first use of Belle Tire on Illinois Road was a phenomenal experience. I do my own repair work, but recently ran into a complex problem I couldn't solve and needed a more expert diagnosis. Amanda, Adam, and Theodore were fantastic to work with, and they got to the core of the problem and resolved it. I was treated very professionally, they communicated and updated me on progress, and based on the entire experience I now have a shop I will be taking my future business to !
