The customer service was totally unacceptable. My fiancé went to pick up our vehicles and when she got there, bugs we still on the grill. The person servicing her barely acknowledged it. When the supervisor was included, minimal efforts were made to make it right. He started cleaning the car himself. I then sent photos of the poor job to the manager the next day and he offered to clean the car himself but not trusting this company with anything. Asked for a refund and that was declined. Now I am stuck getting this sticky cleaning residue off the inside of my car. Lastly, their phone line wasn't working when we were having problems with the service we received.
I will try a different place next time, it was just okay for the price. The dash glass looked like they sprayed it and forgot to whip it down. Also they were to clean the headliner, which I can still see the finger prints on the visors and it has no improvement at all. Seats and floor looked great. For the price, I will try someone else next time.
I bought a small car from a smoker and took it in for an interior detail and to remove the smoke odor. Auto Spa charged me $129 to detail the interior, shampoo the upholstery and carpets, wipe down all surfaces, clean out the vents, and do an odor bomb. When I picked up the car, the windows were fogged from the shampoo so I didn't realize that they were dirty. Once the windows dried out, I discovered all 6 windows plus the rear view mirror were covered with a thick gray haze on the inside that I had to wash off. They told me they would clean the stains off the headliner, but they didn't touch them. They didn't change the cabin air filter. Worst of all, the floor mats were in the trunk. When I got them out, two of the mats were sopping wet and filthy. Now that they're dry, the floor mats feel sticky to the touch (probably from soap that never got rinsed out.) They didn't clean the inside of the glove boxes (which I had emptied out ahead of time). Nor did they clean the grime off of the seatbelt buckles. So after spending $129 on an interior detail I ended up spending an hour of my time finishing all the stuff that they missed. Yes, the car is a lot cleaner now. The car still smells like smoke about the same as before. I'm not sure what to do about the sticky floor mats....
Cup holders and a small cubby hole between front seats were swept out but not washed....still gooey...other than that the interior detailing was very good. I thought the trunk of the car would be considered part of the service but it was not. The car was filthy and it looks great. I especially like the deodorizer used. ..not too strong and not too subtle... very pleasing and fresh. My 16 year old feels like he has a brand new car. I will definitely use Auto Spa again for my other 3 cars but will inspect before I pay next time. I chose them because they had the best price I found after calling around to several other car detailers. Very friendly as well.
