I really wish I was able to rate more than five stars. Bryan D. and Bill H. went above and beyond to help me Sunday with my extremely stubborn battery. It took them a good hour and a half or longer to get the old battery out because whoever did it last stripped whatever was holding it in. Extremely amazing customer service and they didn't once complain about helping me. Thank you guys again you are amazing.
Worked here for a week, managers complained that my position was only part time and how long it would take to train me, so I resigned from my position, manager Lisa has failed to pay me, been a month since I resigned and have been told that me getting payed is out of her control. Not a great environment to work in.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a positive experience here and would come back.
I called about information on products to repair a gas tank. Not only did she cut me off while I was explaining what I was looking for She put me on hold to ask I guess someone else. But in the 10 seconds It took her to come back and tell me no I can bet that she didn't even ask she just wanted to get rid of me. Very poor customer service. With no effort to try and help me. This is why I only go there or call if its a last ditch effort. This is not the first time I've had this experience at this Fort Wayne store
Ehh overpriced and only have what I need half the time and the people that work here are kind of not the smartest, fastest..!!
