SCAM ALERT! I took my car in for headlights and that's it. Then they tried to upsell me $800 worth of service my car didn't need (because I had already done them) and now my car barely starts and idles to a stop. They told me they'd check my headlights if I brought it back and that's it. I still can't figure out what they did to sabotage it but I'm calling my lawyer when I do.
Went in there to get my VW worked on. Was told they only worked on Imported cars. My VW was made In Germany they still said they only work on imported vehicles. They only work on what's easy to them they can gouge a customer on.
I had the clutch (and related parts) replaced on my 2008 Honda Fit. These guys did a great job, price was fair (beat dealer quote by more than half) and the job was performed faster than expected. I hope I don't have more car issues, but I'll go back here if I do.
I got a quote from Evans Toyota that I needed a new wheel liner total cost with parts and labor was $445. I called the Import Doctors to see if they could get me a better deal. They quoted me a price of $190. When I took the vehicle in to have it checked the owners informed me I didn't need a new liner, and stated if it was their vehicle they wouldn't replace it. They stated that I just needed new clips for the liner. They installed them and I was out of there in an hour (with vehicle inspection and repair). When I asked how much they said no charge as it was such a minor repair. I highly recommend giving them a call.
Was able to get my Acura service done for significantly less than the dealership. Very straightforward and quick turnaround. I will be taking my car here from now on--I would recommend.
