My A/C wasn't working on my vehicle and came in just to get it charged. They asked if I would like it diagnosed and install dye into the system because my 2011 shouldn't be blowing warm already unless there was an issue. I didn't have time to wait, but did have them do the dye. They were right, my A/C quit again a week later. They fixed it. But what I liked was the knowledge and care to take care of the customer at the front counter. They genuinely cared about my concerns and didn't want the problem to reoccur. On top of it all I didn't have to pay for the second recharge when the repair was done.
Had a voucher for a oil change so i went for it. Staff was courteous and they completed the job on as timely manner. If it was not so far away from my home i would come again.

My son goes to school at Indiana Tech and I am in California so when my son had a minor brake problem I couldn't get there to fix it. So I searched the web for some reviews on brake repair shops there in Fort Wayne, these guys had some good reviews so I went with them. They were right!!! These guys are the best!! HIGHLY recommended!! They did the repair for a very reasonable price, considering one of their competitors down the street wanted 5 times as much and their competitor lied about what was wrong. HIGHLY recommended!! Great customer service!!!! THANK YOU JASON!!!!
I had a free oil change promo and they treated me like their best paying customer. Friendly people who didn't pressure to upsell, a clean place, I'd go back in a heartbeat.
Update 10/2017: Had an oil pan gasket replaced on my SRT-4 Neon. The mechanic noticed oil on my transmission housing. This led to the discovery of a perplexing problem I had been having for a couple of years. The gasket on the aftermarket throttle body was leaking. This fixed several problems. Hats off to Jason and his crew-some really sharp guys!
