I brought my 2013 Nissan Altima to Maaco for repair after running over a semi truck tire tread. The customer service that was extended to me was what you hope to receive, but rarely come across anymore. I was quoted a price based off of the damage that could be seen and told that there was a possibility that the damage could be worse than it appeared at first glance, but if that were the case, they would let me know before going forward with further repairs. I paid for my parts up front and scheduled my appointment for the following week. They were able to get the repairs done the same day and luckily, there was no further damage than initially thought. My total price was EXACTLY what I was quoted and so I am unsure as to the review about lies and trying to get $$$... Obviously, a business needs/ wants to make a profit, but in no way did I feel taken advantage of. In fact, I felt that the repairs rendered were far less expensive than they would have been elsewhere and the customer service was extraordinary. Hopefully I will not require future repairs, but in the off chance that I do, I will be sure to return to Maaco.
