Make sure you schedule an appointment, do not walk in. I got a full set of new tires back in November 2016. I scheduled an appointment in advance. They were ridiculously busy, every chair had a butt in it. With that being said, they got me in and out in about 90-120 minutes. Anyone who didn't have an appointment had to wait on those of us who did, which is absolutely the correct way to go. All of the techs were professional, and had great customer service skills. The one and only issue I had, was they didn't clean my rims after installation, which were covered in their hand prints. It literally only takes a minute or two to wipe down the rims to get rid of them. The tires are still in great condition five months later.
Make sure that you confirm that you actually have an appointment or you could end up waiting 3 hours to have tires put on!
The place was full of people and they still made me feel like I was the most important customer of the day. I have never had a bad experience with Discount Tire. They price match so there is no reason to go anywhere else.
There's usually a wait-even if you have an appointment. There is also a heavy emphasis on replacing your tires here. You'll get ludicrous questions like, "Do you feel safe on your tires?" The prices are fair, and that's the highlight.
