overall, this place sucked. Food was hit and miss. The kids pasta was garbage, the shrimp was ok, the best burger was anything but. The pretzels though were really good. The service was absolutely awful. Took about 15 minutes just to get a drink. Ordered a watermelon cooler which I thought they forgot but out it came when I just about done eating. Our server spent more time flirting with his coworkers than anything. Waited over 20 minuted just to get out of the place. Small price to pay I suppose for never having to go back.
The service in this place is horrible. Half of the tables in the dining area were empty when we walked in and still had a half hour wait. We were seated and waited over 45 minutes to get appetizers and drinks. Service is terrible. We will definitely never come. Ack.
Ordered two times online for pickup and both times sucked. First time was a burger with about 10 fries. Burger was flat looked nothing like on the menu. Second time I got crispy chicken sandwich. I wish I would have took a picture of the almost black over cooked dried out piece of chicken, with four onion rings. Will never eat here again or recommend it to anyone. Manager did not even offer refund. He offered me another sandwich. I’ll pass thanks. Would give 0 stars if an option. Will definitely be calling corporate that’s how bad it was.
Went to have a late lunch on Saturday Dec. 16th. Walked in the door and asked for a table for four. Was told there was a 20 minute wait, even though there were several empty tables. We ended up sitting in the bar area instead. After we were seated, we were given our menus, and waited for the better part of 10 minutes for someone to come take our drink order. Finally we just got up and left. Will never recommend or go back.
Ate in the bar, and while the booth needed a little attention when I got there, everyone was prompt and attentive. Bartender/server Cassandra was awesome! Good was delish (brownie w/Bailey's topper was a great finish to a pleasant experience.
