Was a bit slow on getting food when not busy, also ordered chocolate oreo milkshakes and just got chocolate when asked to be fixed was told that they cant because we already took a sip, working at a fast food myself i can understand not taking it back but wasnt offered an alternative untill my friends mom spoke up and then they offered to redo it and were nice
The wait staff was prompt and courteous while the facilities were well above the standards set by it's competitors. The atmosphere was trendy and exciting. The food was to die for and was prepared with the utmost attention to detail. My Whopper arrived to my well placed table steamy and moist. The meat seemed to melt in my mouth and to my delight the sauce tickled my tastebuds. My fries were crispy and golden brown. My drink was sweet and thirst quenching.
Ever since you got your new all in one coke machine your soda taste different. Two many flavors and unless you run some out before getting want you want you get a mixed taste from the last kind used. Prevents me from coming here as often because of that. I'd rather go extra to mcdonalds and get my soda. If they change then I'll quite going there also or drinking soda period. Burgers are good but ff could be better.
Went through the drive through order was taken correctly fast service awesome service from wait staff, what concerns me is the way one of the management team on duty I witnessed on two separate visits the he rude yelling at employees and throwing things he seems rather high strung and in need of more management training. An employee shouldn't be treated like that from anyone and if I noticed his actions from the drive through how many more customers noticed that where inside the business.
Decent as BK goes. Could work a bit harder at cleaning but attentive to special requests
