The onion rings were fried in old oil. The second a bite was taken the entire batter just crumbled onto the plate leaving a thick slice of slimy white onion to dip into some kind of mystery sauce. Was it bbq?
The good: peach sweet iced tea
Pos: Food are awesome, I always come there. Some server know who I am, they give me drink right time I get on desk because they know I always want Dr. Pepper haha. The manager is great and he offered me apply reward online that I didn't know. I was happy with reward card.
The bad: our server was clearly having a bad day. The restaurant was empty when we went, yet we sat for 15 minutes before having our drink order taken. A manager passed by our table several times and didn't acknowledge us.
My burger bun was completely soaked. I'm talking dripping. Fresh washed lettuce maybe that didn't get a chance to dry? The only taste I got was from the tomato. Ever other component, including the bacon, was flavorless.
Now the least appetizing part; I've been sick all afternoon & evening since leaving. It was my only meal of the day and I have done nothing but make trips to the bathroom, stomach cramps, and curse Red Robin's name. I've been debating filing a complaint with the county health department, but I figured this was a better way to warn the public. Save yourself the pain and go somewhere else.
A long wait to be seated... followed by a LONGER wait for our food. Then... once the food arrived, half of the meals were lukewarm. I'd expect this service from a cheap fast food chain, but not from what's SUPPOSED to be a quality burger chain. I would have given less stars if the manager hadn't comped the whole meal. Decent management... but terrible service. And "bottomless fries"? I think I had all of 10 fries on my plate and I NEVER got anymore. Yeah... I'm not sure I'll be going back again.
Con: Too wait long line but no problem if I walk around mall until they ready for us to get on desk. That's only one rate down.
Nice staffing, good service, Good quality food pricy but worth it gourmet burgers and chicken
Took family. It's not fast food so expected to wait longer than average. Sandwiches and sides excellent. Wish I was hungry. Couldn't take advantage of free refills and endless fries. Deserts looked crazy good but didn't want to over eat. Check out kiosk was quick. Waitress friendly and very active in her section.
