Live music and delicious food on a Sunday afternoon? Yes please! We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and savored every bite! Staff smiled and were helpful, tables were clean and the decor sweet. Sammy Kay was singing and playing guitar so the atmosphere was peaceful all around even though the restaurant was busy.
Very tasty! Light on the meat though... peppers were spot on! And i found my new favorite chips!
Menu unnecessarily confusing. A/C was set to 32°, I think.
Delicious sandwiches. We also had the broccoli cheddar soup that was perfect. Can't wait to come back and try more sandwiches. Oh! The they supposedly deliver. The staff could use a little more personality and happiness. Not rude, just drab. Overall a good experience.
LOVED this unique sandwich shop! My husband and I ran a fireworks store just a couple stores down from Potbelly's, so naturally we ate there a Lot. You know it's great food and excellent service when you can eat it every other day and don't get tired of it. The subs and shakes are delicious and top notch quality. Equally impressive was the staff who were always happy to serve you. It's become one of our favorite places to eat and even though we live an hour away, we will definitely be returning!
The manager and staff are all super nice. I am just exhausted by their menu. Literally. It hangs 10 ft off the floor so it's too high to see without getting a cramp and a headache, and they have made-up words like "flats" and "bigs". What the heck is that? Why do I have to learn a new language to eat here? Why is a sandwich upwards of $7, small, and comes with no sides?
