Literally don’t even want to give this place one star. Placed an order here a couple of weeks ago and it was all wrong. Food missing that I paid for, and completely the wrong items. Called in and talked to a manager, who said next visit they would “take care of me”. Tried ordering this evening and all they were offering me was a 10% discount. This is a joke, who treats their customers this way?! Don’t waste your money. The food isn’t even good, and the establishment does not look sanitary or up to code. Never ordering from here again.
Service is TERRIBLE ! Took my food 3 hours to get to my address less than a mile away and my food was cold and under cooked oh yeah I ordered two cheese dogs and a large order of cheese fries! If I could take away my one star I would and give them NEGATIVE stars ! First and LAST time order from this trash place!
so ordered a couple of items from pizza by vitos on south anthony blvd. got my order and was the wrong order and also didnt recieve my whole order. called back while driver was still here and they informed me the would make it right they then come back out with a bag of fries no sandwich and the wings the forgot the first time and no replacement pizza because the pizza they gave me was incorrect they came back iht a third time and the order was completely wrong yet again and when called and told them that the order was jncorrect the lady that was the manager on duty wanted to argue with me and say that she knew for a fact that there was the toppings i wanted on my pizza on my pizza. worst experience ever and i will be getting my money back.
Vito's is that deal! I'm from Cali, L.A. to be exact and we got good pizza out there home of The Real Pizza King, yo and I gotta say Vito's got some good stuff. It's cheesy, greasy and on point. Also It's cheap and they're open till 4am! What more do you want? People that take your order are super cool and the Deliver driver is polite and comes correct every time. You guys make sure you tip that man! I just ordered 2 nights in a row. Yo Vito's I fux with you guys. I'm a happy new customer...
Ordered a Chicago style deep dish pizza. It was supposed to have all different kinds of meats, bell peppers, jalapeño peppers act. Ordered 15 wings, a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, fried chicken meal and chicken tenders meal. Driver shows up, only has the pizza, the fried chicken and the chicken tenders, we called the manager with the driver standing there and informed them that food was missing, was told they would have someone bring it out. Driver left. Opened pizza, a pepperoni pizza with burnt crust. Called and informed manager. Could hear them arguing for 10 minutes about who made the pizza. Told them.yet again what pizza we ordered, were then informed that they didn't have egg for the sandwich, mind you we had already paid the delivery Driver. So they substitute a cheeseburger, it was for my daughter and she's a bit picky and wanted only cheese. Driver shows up with wings. Says he has the sandwich in the truck, comes back with a bag of fries. We call the manager yet again and explain what happened and also explained what pizza we ordered. An hour later driver shows up. Burger has everything my daughter asked to not have on it and the pizza is still not what we ordered. It had such a small amount of sausage on the last layer that honestly we thought it was a plain cheese. It didn't have any other toppings on it. We called up and were informed bynthe VERY rude manager that she knew for a fact that the pizza was correct and that they don't give refunds. We called at 9:54 to place our order, we at 1:30 I drove up there and was met with attitude (which I reciprocated) and was shown where the sausage was. I took.the pizza back home with me, did not eat it because they had their hands all over it, and will be returning it the morning with the pizza and the burger to speak with the owner. This place is honestly the worst I have been to. After the ginormous screw up, we weren't even offered anything to rectifynthe situation. When we asked for the refund, we would have gladly paid for the food my kids ate, but we were going to give back the food we didn't eat and we just wanted our money back for what was not consumed. We didn't even want free food. Just our money back. I will also be reporting this to the better business beareau.
