Definitely a great place to watch sports, play pinball w the kids or buddy's, est.20x20 big screen and around 65 nice high def tvs. Service is quick,friendly and professional. I will pass about 15 pubs /Bars When going to Mitchell's . It's worth the drive. I highly recommend Mitchell's!
Their wings are amazing! Drinks are strong, and they Have pool tables, games, a digital jukebox that you can pay, and play, with an app on your phone. kid friendly, and the staff are awesome, what's not to like?! Anyone who doesn't dig the place is, well... more than likely unjustly judgmental and overly negative for no reason. No service is prefect, every time. Also, everyone has off nights in life, (even the best) However, I can tell you that Mitchell's bar & grill is one of my favorite places to go. It isn't often that I say that about a place, but Mitchell's deserves the praise!
Moral of the story, you have no control over WHEN you find the HAIRS that are in your wings at Mitchell's. But the timing matters to Mitchell's. While timing is out of your control, Mitchell's could take control by making sure there aren't hairs to be found in your wings. But when hairs are in your food, the least they could do is not charge you for that item, but they still WILL charge you for any hairy food.
Small friendly, sports bar with multiple tvs in doors and out doors. Along with out door pool table that is inclosed deck to enjoy playing it in. Located on the southwest side of Fort Wayne.
Tonight I had multiple HAIRS in my food. And they still made me pay for the wings! I had 10 wings and on the last one I found 3 hairs sticking out of it. After showing my waitress the hairs, she kindly said she would talk to the manager and remove the wings from my bill. After signing the check (with the 10 wings removed), the manager came by and informed me she could not take the wings off the bill since I ate all but one of them and brought me the bill for the 10 wings. She said the best she could do was offer the employee discount (~$3 off).
This story is not meant to reflect on the waiters or waitresses in any way, the way the hair was in my food was clearly a kitchen problem and the way the situation was handled was a management and ownership problem.
Kitchen hiccup was professionally addressed. Staff was very respectful of our wait time and for their cooking staff. Appreciated!
