Absolutely the best Egg Drop Soup in Fort Wayne! Great food at fantastic prices. Dinner generally comes with hot tea, soup, white rice, and finished off with cookies (fortune and sugar!). Staff is always really sweet and friendly. My husband and I love this place!
Now this is the Chinese food you've been looking for, with the added bonus of a sparkling clean restaurant and attentive respectful staff. If you're in a hurry, grab the takeout, and there's a discount on your meal. The real treat however is dining in, where you'll enjoy hospitality in the top 1% of the city, as well as hot and fresh food that hasn't had a chance to mush in a takeout container. The difference is noticeable and welcome, and this is definitely the place to go for Chinese in all of Fort Wayne. The location may be far for some, but take a chance here and you won't be disappointed!

It's been some time since we've eaten at Hainan House, but we made it back last night. I'm glad we did. Everything we ordered was enjoyed. We'll be back to this convenient neighborhood favorite. Tasty food and reasonable prices, in a pleasant atmosphere. Love the servers here, too. It's a pleasure to see the kind faces of people who have treated my family so well since the kids were young.
