I went to the cafe Saturday to check it out and got wonderful service from two young men plus a wonderful salad. I would have given that experience at least four stars. i returned with my five friends from out of town today and we did not have a good experience. My salad did not have all of the ingredients, another person had a salmon wrap and the salmon was so mushy that she threw it out. Service was terribly slow with one person preparing all of the food. The other person was watching and taking payment which took a very long time to enter my one salad and beverage into the computer. Then I didn't get my beverage and had to return and ask for it. Both days I had to clean the tables before we could use them! I expected more from a place with Empyrean in its name and I was hoping it was an excellent place to take friends.
