Has to be the worst service in fort Wayne Indiana, consistently. Poor representation of dairy queen. Typically, all staff members appear to be teenagers, and wait times, quality, and accuracy is atrocious! I'm writing this review while sitting in the dairy queen, been here for over 10 min waiting on an orange Julius. Terrible!!
Would be nice if they honored their deals. Good food though.

Service was terrible, I was the only person in the restaurant and it took them 5 minuets to take my order. They gave me regular chicken strips instead of honey BBQ glazed. The building is disgusting there’s dirt and trash all over the floor and the bathroom is just atrocious, Worst DQ I’ve ever been to I don’t recommend.
They did not turn our blizzards upside down when they gave them to us. When told they forgot to do so, the employee grabbed them and turned them upside down, then rudely said, "There you go!" Instead if giving us our next one free which is Dairy Queen's policy. They overloaded my sandwich with mayonnaise. They gave me a "mystery blizzard" (I say that because I could not even tell what it had in it) when I ordered a Royal cheesecake blizzard. The employees were rude and had terrible customer service. I will not go to this location again.
