After today's visit it will be my last time I go to a Chili's ! I went with my husband and brother in-law my brother in-law is " a little slower" I had drove over 40 min to have dinner here. I look over and see he's not eating the hamburger I realized that the hamburger that is supposed to be very well done is very bloody. We ask for it to be fixed and are watchers rolled her eyes and was very rude about it. My brother in-law didn't understand that it could be fixed so he had ate a lot of the bread before I realized what had happened. And to make it worse we weren't the only one that the hamburger wasn't cooked right! And the manager that was working was acting like there was no reason for me to be upset .
I was not the biggest fan. I got the chicken Mex rice bowl. It was okay, but it's definitely not something I'd order again. Their menu is very lacking as far as alternatives for a burger. Their appetizers were good. We had gotten the sliders, fried pickles, and boneless buffalo chicken wings. The wings were okay. I also had ordered a long island ice tea. It was so strong, almost to the point to where I didn't want it. Our waitress was wonderful, but the food wasn't good.
The atmosphere was good! Waitress was very nice and courteous but, the food was a bit lacking. My husband got the chicken and fajitas combo. The steak was extremely chewy!! The corn on the cob tasted like it sat in a pot of warm water for way too long! The chicken strips would have been better if they had more meat to them. The service definitely made up for food though.
Easy in and easy out. Menu has changed, most for the good. Sometimes we all have to reinvent ourselves. Ask for Gareth, he knows his whiskey and beers.
The service was great, however I ordered some items from the smokehouse section. The sauce that was on the ribs and the chicken is sweet and spicy more than anything I have ever eaten and made it in edible. The corn was obviously frozen, watery, and disgusting. The sausage links were dripping with grease like a store bought sausage. The garlic toast tasted of only grease as well. The server was very nice and handled it well, asking if I wanted anything else. The two mouthful sliders on the appetizers were great, so thinking they could make a good burger, I ordered a regular cheeseburger. However, that was not the case. The burger that came to me was greasy as well as absolutely tasteless, so while it was in a puddle of grease, it still tasted like nothing. I can’t imagine they seasoned their meat at all. I will not be coming back here again, and I have heard from other people that the food has been going downhill since the last year. That really sucks. I hope the waitresses can get out of there and get into a place where they’re going to get better tips.
