Melissa was a amazing server, who served us great food fast and hot! The only way service and food should be!! I would all ways recommend Cheddar's for great food and a great atmosphere. 5 stars as always!!
Wonderful food, but the service was kind of slow. Our server was fine and we didn't mind once we got the food.
I visited cheddars December 2 2017 and ordered the steak n shrimp. My steak was not how I ordered it so they ordered me another. When I got My bill to pay I didn't notice until later that they had charged me for that second steak. Is that not right or am I wrong? That cost me 10 more dollars which I don't think since it was not my fault that I should have to pay for it. The service was great but I am not happy because of the over charging
Food was decent and came out quick, but when we ordered one piece of cake for dessert it took over 20 minutes just to bring it out and had to cancel the cake after they already rung us up which took another 15 minutes to take the cake off the check.
My husband and I tried Chedders for the first time Wednesday. I chose the ribs and my husband had the Smokehouse burger... Our service and experience we're exceptional. The Manager Rand makes everyone feel like they are home. Thank you and keep up the great work.
