I have never felt welcome. I live less than a mile so some times I have to go there but if I have enough time I prefer to drive across town instead of being treated like I don't matter.

They don't sell to homeowners directly, really a disheartening realization when you're needing to get the heat on for your household.

They have good prices, they have a grate location, but there customer service sucks!
