If you spend $250+ dollars on a piece of power equipment, you darn well deserve it to be new in the box with all the items! This store absolutely outright refuses to do that. It cost them a customer!
I always used to go to Lowes and other big box stores, but for a college project I got to go to Do it best headquarters and thats what sold me on Do it best. Their staff is top notch and treats you like family. They are always there to help and very knowledgeable. This location has everything I need when working around the house or restoring my old Volkswagen at a competitive price.
Rip-off artists. Don't try and buy any power equipment like chainsaws or leaf blowers from them. They refuse to sell it to you new in the box. Instead, they demand that you buy an item already open and sitting on a shelf. This is so they can take the items Stihl includes in the box, like safety glasses, and restock them for sale. If you are lucky, they might dig out an owners manual if you ask?!?! Their excuse is "we don't want people reselling them and shipping them to Europe"! What a joke.
Always the best selection and good prices no matter what I'm looking for! Plants, fertilizers, pest supplies, hardware, outdoor decorations, and holiday decor!
Love this hardware store! Staff are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. They also have the best plants in springtime and for a really great price. Recommend highly!
