Friendly staff and no high pressure sales tactics. Their prices on Toro snowblowers are comparible to the big box stores. More's has staff that can answer technical questions, show you how to maintain the snowblower, and (if you're not mechanically inclined) they can service it too. The big box stores can't do this.
