This is one of the best places locally for Halloween fun for the family. We usually bring the kiddos here every year. They have hay rides, ponies and farm animals as well as lots of kittens. They always have great treats and snacks as well as apple cider and a variety of apples.
This is not the best year for strawberries with all the rain we have had, but I love this place. Family run and friendly. Free hay rides for the kids (big and small) and lots of children picking strawberries with their families. Beautiful plant starts as well with a large variety of spicy peppers. We are going back this weekend with 6 grandchildren.
This is a lovely little produce stand and small green house! They have a variety of whatever is in season at fair prices. when I visited some of the produce included green beans, small potatoes, corn on the cob, onions, garlic, beats, pears, peaches, blueberries by the court or bulk, plums. The greenhouse had some hanging plants left from the season, some vegetable starts, herbs. They even sell seed packets. It is not far off route 30 but in the country. They have a port-a-John, a picnic table and a small toddler sized climbing toy. I can't wait for strawberry picking season next June! And it looks like they have hayrides in the fall :-) Worth the stop!
Nice little farm store that you can find fresh fruit and vegetable. Reasonable prices.
The weather was just right, the fields were not muddy. We went early so we're able to successfully harvest 12 pounds of strawberries!. Not many weeks left of strawberry crop so check on FB or call them.The kids and my daughter and I had fun taking the little hayride to the field and back and we loved looking at all the flowers and seeds and veggies for sale and display in the greenhouse and outside it. It's a fun trip -do it early.
