HUGE selection of fabrics. Way more than I was expecting, and I should have known. It's in the name! Wonderful staff
Staff should pay more attention to customers at cutting table and less time chatting with each other. I spent a hour buying 2 yards of fabric had 2 mistakes on the 3 fabrics I bought. Then had to go through 3 cashiers to be refunded error made by original cashier. I sure miss the days of quality customer service. Being polite and attentive to a paying customer should be the number one concern. I have worked retail my entire working career and would never act so disrespectful to a customer. You all choose to work at this store leave your bad attitude at the door of the break room.
They need help! Even on a Monday night we sure could of use some help looking for an item. Otherwise lot's of neat stuff to choose from.
Extremely long line. Staff is in no rush. Good price though. Worth the wait??
Worst managed store on the planet. Waited 40 minutes to get fabric cut. Staff would not call for help and just left customers to go on break without getting a replacement. Then only 2 registers open with a long line. Again nobody called for help. Lots of employees stocking but not helping customers.
